Michael Olunga has emerged as J1-League’s MVP or Most Valuable Player for just ended 2020 season.
The heighty Kenyan international netted twenty-eight goals to help Kashiwa Reysol finish in the 7th place.
In reaction to the milestone, the star said the ending season was one of his best as it presented great opportunities for him to score many goals.

Olunga hopes that his achievement will go a long way to inspire Japan and many other countries.
The former Gor Mahia forward underscored the great role played by his teammates and fans in the achievement. He also thanked God for his grace, recognizing that he couldn’t have done it by his own strength.
